Your Check-in
Main Entrance
The main entrance door can be opened with an access code. The code is: 7712#. Enter this code on the intercom on the right side of the entrance. Once you have your key card, you can also use it to open the entrance door.
Self Check-in
24/7 Self Check-in & Online Check-in. You can arrive flexibly from 3 PM onwards. For check-in, we recommend using the Online Check-in in advance or the Check-in Terminal in the building.
Collect Key Card
To collect your key card, please go to the Check-In Counter on the 1st floor, left side.
- Use one of the two screens.
- Enter your last name and follow the instructions.
- If asked for a confirmation number, enter the number from our email subject line.

Important regarding billing address: At the check-in terminal, you can independently adjust your billing address. Use the "Manage Invoices" button for this.

- 1.Nehmen Sie eine Schlüsselkarte vom Stapel links oder rechts vom Terminal
- 2.Legen Sie die Karte auf das Gerät zur Schlüsselkarten-Erstellung
- 3.Für weitere Karten jeweils auf Weiter klicken
For your key card, follow the instructions on the terminal.
If you want to create multiple cards: Click "NEXT" between each card before placing the next one.
Afterwards, your check-in is complete. Your apartment number will be displayed on the terminal.
